Mandates over task lists
A credible fractional CTO, CIO, CISO, CFO, COO, CMO, CPO, CCO, CRO, or people leader is accountable for a business result and the decisions required to reach it. Strong postings define authority, constraints, stakeholders, and the first 90-day outcomes. Generic requests for “a bit of strategy” attract a generic applicant pool.
Economics in the open
Every approved opportunity includes a compensation range and period. Hourly, daily, monthly, and annual ranges are all supported, but hidden budgets are not. This helps executives compare the expected commitment with the mandate’s risk and makes early conversations materially more useful.
Direct, deliberate applications
The employer controls the application destination, so candidates can apply through the company’s existing ATS or a dedicated form. We do not resell candidate contact data. Employers that need a curated search can request a shortlist separately from the public posting.

What counts as a fractional executive job?
A fractional executive owns recurring leadership outcomes for more than one company or for a defined portion of the week. The mandate should include decision authority, measurable outcomes, and an expected operating cadence—not only project delivery.
Do executives pay to apply?
