Founding network applications are open · Executives never pay to be ranked

Privacy

Information should move with purpose and consent.

This policy describes the platform’s data practices. It was last updated on 30 July 2026.

Information we collect

We collect account details, employer briefs, executive applications and profiles, job-posting information, applications, shortlist notes, interview scheduling, saved alerts, messages submitted to us, security and request metadata, and limited product-usage and email delivery events. Payment details are processed by Dodo Payments; we retain provider identifiers and transaction state needed to operate the service, not raw card details.

How we use information

We use information to operate accounts, verify profiles, match mandates, manage consent-based introductions, publish approved jobs and profiles, provide paid access, prevent abuse, support customers, measure product quality, meet legal obligations, and protect the platform.

Public and private information

Executive applications are private until reviewed and approved. Public profiles contain only approved fields. Employer briefs, applicant contact data, provider payloads, and private notes are not published. A public job contains the employer-approved role details and application route. Clearly labelled imported jobs retain their original source attribution and send applicants back to that source.

Service providers and disclosure

We use service providers for hosting, security, analytics, email, payments, and operational support. They receive only information needed for their role. We may disclose information where required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.

Retention and security

We retain information for the period needed to provide the service, maintain audit and payment records, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements. We use access controls, verification boundaries, audit trails, rate limits, and secure transport, but no system can promise absolute security.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction where applicable. Executives may request that a public profile be withdrawn. Some records must be retained for legal, fraud-prevention, payment, or audit purposes.

Email and alerts

Account and workflow messages are sent when needed to provide the service. Marketing sequences require affirmative consent. Job and candidate alerts follow the filters and frequency you choose. Delivery, click, and unsubscribe events are recorded to operate these messages, prevent duplicates, and respect suppression requests. Every marketing message and saved-search alert includes a one-click opt-out.

Analytics and your choice

Optional Google Analytics loads only after you choose “Allow analytics.” Until then, analytics and advertising storage remain denied. We use page-view and conversion-event data to understand content and marketplace performance, with ad personalization disabled. You may change your choice at any time through “Analytics choices” in the site footer; withdrawing consent also removes accessible Google Analytics cookies for this site.
